Authentic Building & Roofing Ltd is run by Lee Draper from Church Street in Witham. When you ring, you speak to the person who will look at your roof, and the person who quotes is the person who checks the work.
We cover Essex and the Essex side of London's outskirts, from Colchester and Braintree down to Southend, Basildon and Romford.
Roofing, building and outdoor work
Roofing is the core of what we do. That means new roofs and re-roofs in tile and slate, roof repairs for slipped tiles, ridges, leadwork and leaks, and flat roofing in GRP fibreglass and EPDM rubber. The full range is on our roofing page.
Below the roof, our building work covers house extensions, conversions, kitchens and bathrooms. Outside, we lay driveways and patios. Having one team for the roof and the building means fewer handovers and fewer gaps where things go wrong.
How a job runs
It starts with a phone call or a message. Lee arranges a free site visit, looks at the whole roof or project rather than just the obvious problem, and explains what he has found in plain terms. You then get a written quote setting out the work and the materials, so you can compare it fairly.
